As you might have known who I am through the It’s Me page,
you’ll see I wasn’t always this calm.
I wasn’t always someone who could hold space gently.
But life—with all its turns, silences, and small awakenings—slowly shaped me into someone who could.
I used to feel lost in the noise of expectations.
Quiet, but not peaceful.
Strong on the outside, but crumbling quietly within.
Over time, I began to notice small shifts.
Moments when I softened instead of hardening.
Moments when I listened without rushing to fix.
Moments when I realized that what I longed for—calm, connection, kindness—was something I could also offer.
For a long time, Sarang Hati lived only in my heart.
It began as a soft voice within me—
whispers during lonely nights,
moments of reflection, and a wish to share something real.
I created this website over months of stopping, changing, and doubting myself.
I often told people, “This is just for me.”
But the truth? I was scared.
Scared to be seen.
Scared I wasn’t enough.
Scared to offer peace to others when I didn’t always feel it myself.
But then I learned something important:
We don’t need to be perfect to help others.
We just need to show up—with honesty, kindness, and care.
So… I’m here.
This is Sarang Hati.
Not because I have all the answers,
but because I’ve learned how healing it is to be met with presence.
And maybe that’s what calm really is:
Not silence, not perfection—
but a way of being that makes room for truth, emotion, and slow blooming.
