Creativity Is How I Breathe

I think I’m creative.
Actually—no. I know I am.
It’s not just about making pretty things.
It’s the way my mind works.
When someone needs something, my ideas begin to spark.
Solutions, metaphors, messages, visuals—I don’t always know where they come from. But they come.
So yes, I am creative.
And I don’t stop at ideas.
My hands love to build what my heart imagines.
Paper, fabric, yarn—I’ve explored so many materials.
Until I met clay.
With clay, I found a language.
It was soft but strong. Flexible but grounded.
I turned it into accessories, little sculptures, and eventually workshops that helped others connect to their joy.
It became a business.
It became something I proudly shared.
Then life shifted.
I moved to Perth.
Work changed.
Time became limited.
But the clay is still with me.
Even now, when I’m shaping it quietly on the side, I feel something open up.
Creating makes me feel calm, present, and alive.
It’s not just an activity. It’s a return to myself.

🌿 Why I Still Create
Now, through Sarang Hati, I don’t run creative workshops in the same way—
But the
spirit of creativity is still at the core of everything I offer.
Whether it’s journaling, intuitive drawing, or helping someone find their visual voice,
my mission is still the same:
To help people reconnect with themselves through creative expression.
Because I believe creativity is not about being talented.
It’s about listening to what your heart wants to say—
and giving it a form you can see, touch, or share.
This is how I support others now:
Through moments of calm creation,
gentle imagination,
and making space for what’s inside to come out—without judgment.
I still create.
I still imagine wildly.
But now, I share that energy with others—so they, too, can remember:

You don’t have to carry it alone.

There’s always space here—for your voice, your feelings, your story.”

I’m here to listen, to hold space, and to walk beside you.
