Hello, I’m Beta—an Indonesian soul now living in Perth, I’m the founder of Sarang Hati—a gentle space for calm, creativity, and emotional connection.
I’m not a therapist. I’m a Trusted Listener and Creative Mindfulness Facilitator— someone who holds space with care, presence, and without judgment.
Through heartful sessions and simple creative tools, I offer a soft place for you to pause, reflect, and come home to yourself.
Where It Began
There was a time in my life when I felt deeply lost. Not just tired—but emotionally silenced. I was trapped in relationships that made me doubt my worth, discouraged from speaking up, and slowly disconnected from who I truly was.
I carried the weight of emotional exhaustion and invisible wounds.
In the middle of everything — responsibilities, expectations, and quiet battles — I felt myself fading.
I lost my confidence.
I lost my voice.
I lost my sense of self.
And yet, that was the moment a quiet transformation began.
In 2012, I joined a workshop in Jakarta guided by Awie Suwandi — a Trainer, Hypnotherapist, Mind Coach, and author of several books on hypnotherapy, now active at Garuda Amerta.
Through his guidance, I discovered Matrix Transformation— a gentle self-development method that blends hypnotherapy, energy work, and consciousness expansion.
This approach helps release limiting beliefs, softens old emotional patterns, and gently guides the way back to a freer, more authentic self.
His teachings became became the foundation of my own return to wholeness — the first step toward the calm I now share through Sarang Hati.
Later, I discovered Meditasi Membuka Hati®, which opened an even deeper path to emotional peace—showing me that even in the middle of life’s noise, we can return to softness.
Those practices supported me through a time in life that quietly broke me. They helped me begin the slow process of remembering who I was, beneath all the pain and silence.
Along the way, I also found wisdom in the words of old gurus of calmness and mindfulness—through books, podcasts, and timeless teachings that spoke straight to the heart.
I continued attending workshops, exploring gentle methods, and returning to myself— one soft, conscious breath at a time.
Finding Myself
Through Sharing
After a long season of healing, life in Indonesia slowly felt grounded again. It wasn’t perfect, but I had come home to myself.
With each step forward, I began to share — offering what I had learned,
guiding others in self-healing and self-empowerment, walking beside those who were also searching for light.
In that sharing, my own spark returned. I picked up my crafts again, led intimate workshops, and grew a small, heart-led creative business.
It didn’t happen overnight. But little by little, I became softer, steadier, and beautifully whole.
Moving, Losing,
and Listening Again
Just when I believed my journey had reached a calm shore — life opened the door to a new chapter, one that carried me far from all I had known.
I made the decision to move to Perth— leaving behind family and the world that once felt so familiar. It was a practical choice, and one I don’t regret. But soon, I began to feel disconnected again.
I was working in a job that helped me survive— but parts of my soul were quietly waiting. The calm I had built slowly faded in the routine, and something inside me longed to feel alive again.
But in that quiet, uncertain space, something new began to grow. I realized I didn’t want to wait for life to become peaceful— I wanted to create peace.
I wanted to offer what had once helped me: A soft, listening presence. A place to return to yourself. That’s How Sarang Hati Was Born
Not from perfection, but from a journey of falling, learning, and rising again.
Sarang Hati, a nest for your heart to rest, grow, and bloom— through stories, through stillness, through small creative moments that carry big emotions.
Creativity Is Still My Medicine
From Indonesia to Perth, creativity has been the thread holding me together.
Through every season, creating has kept me connected to myself.
When I lived in Indonesia, I loved holding creative workshops. Polymer clay was my favorite medium — a way to help others reconnect with joy and presence. It wasn’t about being an artist. It was about creating with heart.
Today, I continue that same spirit through Sarang Hati – offering a variety of calming, expressive activities: journaling, intuitive drawing, vision boards, reflective writing, and more.
Because I believe creativity doesn’t need to be perfect to be powerful. It’s not about the outcome— it’s about expression and emotional release.
It’s enough that it feels honest, alive, and yours.
A Gentle Commitment
Over time, I’ve come to believe that calmness and creativity are not luxuries, they’re callings.
They are how we come home to ourselves, and how we share the best of what we’ve been given. There’s a line that has stayed with me for years – words that capture exactly how I want to live and to give
“When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left and could say, ‘I used everything you gave me.’”
— Erma Bombeck
That’s the spirit I carry into everything I create, share, and offer here in Sarang Hati. Here, I welcome you to bring your own story, your own colors, your own heart.
Because what we create together can be more than art — it can be a quiet homecoming.
This is the heart behind Sarang Hati… here for you, too.
This Website?
This website is part of my journey too. It may not be perfect— but it’s made with love, softness, and intention.
Because I’ve been there— cracked, quiet, and rebuilding—
Today, I offer a space for others to feel safe, to speak, and to create. Not as an expert. But as someone who knows how it feels to carry big emotions in silence… and how healing it is to gently let them out.
And because I can— I turn pain into softness, loss into meaning, and ordinary days into something worth remembering.
I was given a heart that feels deeply, hands that create gently, and a spirit that keeps rising, even after being cracked.

I believe in learning by doing, growing while walking, and starting softly— just like you’re allowed to.
