I’ll be there as your gentle companion, helping you connect with what you feel. At the end, we reflect—not to fix anything, but to honor what has been expressed.

You can name a number that feels special (like your birthday or favorite date)—or simply pick a random one in your head. You can also roll a dice if you’d like. I’ll share gentle insights and invite you to reflect on what the number might mean for you today. There’s no right or wrong—just conversation, curiosity, and connection.
