Maybe your heart is quietly looking for something.

Not something big. Just a space that feels gentle.

A space where you don’t have to explain everything…

If you’re here, maybe you’ve seen a post that made you pause—

a quote that felt like it understood you.

And now, you’re wondering—what is this place?

This page is not about big introductions.

It’s about small moments—

when someone talks, and I listen.

And a little piece of the heart finds its shape.

This is where those moments come to life—

through drawings, letters, symbols, and stories.

Each Heart Project is a reflection of someone’s inner world,

Take a look, feel the warmth, and maybe…

you’ll find a piece of your own heart in one of these creations.

Monica’s Heart Project

Grow Plant Love into a Business

 🌱

Monica joined a Heart to Heart session with quiet curiosity.

She wasn’t sure what she needed—

but she knew that her love for plants felt too special to keep just for herself.

During our session, she talked about how caring for her plants brings her peace and joy.

Then she shared a quiet hope:

“Maybe I can turn this love into something more…”

She spoke. I listened.

And through our conversation, her dream started to take shape.

After the session, I created a vision board just for Monica—

a soft but focused map of her dream:

to grow a soulful plant business,

rooted in calmness, connection, and care.

This is the result of her heart, reflected back with symbols and clarity.

One of the ideas on her board said:

“Explore passive income plants.”
It wasn’t something she had planned before—but it opened a door.

A few days later, Monica sent me an email. She said:

“That part… ‘Explore passive income plants’—I keep thinking about it.
Maybe there’s something there for me. Maybe I want to come back and figure it out.”

Because sometimes, a dream doesn’t arrive fully formed.
Sometimes, it begins with a seed of possibility.

Is your heart whispering something too?

Luna’s Heart Project

A Quiet Name, A Quiet Moment

🌙

Luna came to the Heart to Heart session not for advice, but for space.

She brought with her a restlessness she couldn’t quite explain—

and simply said:

“I feel like there are so many things in my head,

but I can’t share them with anyone.

I need someone I can trust.”

So I listened.

I promised: “I’ll keep your story closed, just like you asked—safe, and untouched.”

Toward the end, she asked if we could close our eyes and breathe together—

just to be still.

And then…

“Why Luna?” she asked.

When we talked about her name, her eyes lit up.

She told me she had always felt drawn to the moon—

its quiet glow, its mystery, its ever-changing phases.

We discovered that Luna is a name full of meaning.

It carries light, cycles, intuition, and quiet strength.

Just like her.

After the session, I created a simple visual:

her name and its meaning, filled with quiet strength.

I gave her two versions—

one with a mystical night sky,

another with this soft moon and scattered stars.

She loved them both.

Because both reflected her.

This one—gentle and simple—felt like a quiet lullaby.

Like the moon whispering:

“You don’t have to shine all the time to be powerful.”

She now keeps it in her room—

a gentle anchor to that moment of peace.

July’s Heart Project

Mapping the Heart, One Vision at a Time

 🗺️

July came to the Heart to Heart session with an open mind, but also with a lot going on in her head.

She had so many ideas, dreams, and doubts—

but didn’t know where to begin.

“Everything feels connected, but messy.”

She wasn’t looking for advice.

She just needed help making sense of it all.

So we started listing what was in her head—

softly, one by one.

As she spoke, we untangled her thoughts together

and gently explored what each one meant.

After the session, I turned her notes into a soft brain-map-style vision board.

It helped her pause, reflect, and see what matters most right now.

A few days later, she sent me an email:

“I think I want to come back—next time, to focus on one of these.”

Because sometimes, the first step isn’t making a decision—

it’s simply seeing your thoughts more clearly.

This is the result of her heart—untangled with care, and reflected in a map she can return to.

Is your mind full, but your heart unsure where to start?

Dionita’s Heart Project

A Letter to the One Who Keeps Going

 💕

Dionita lives in between—between generations, between roles, between expectations.

She’s part of the sandwich generation. And like many others, she carries a lot.

She came to the Heart to Heart session feeling tired. Not broken—just… full.

At first, she thought about doing something light, like doodling.

But after we talked for a while, I gently offered another idea:

“How would it feel to write a letter—to yourself?”

She paused, then nodded.

I gave her a few soft prompts to help her start.

And when the words came, they were honest, strong, and full of care.

After the session, she wrote a letter that she now keeps and reads whenever she needs to remind herself how strong she really is.

She also wrote a short note to herself—a simpler version of the letter—and turned it into her phone wallpaper.

It’s a quiet reminder, close to her heart, that she is enough.
